Food trucks, BBQ, tacos, acai bowls, coffee, smoothies, and more. Feed hungry players and fans between matches!

Beach apparel, rugby gear, sunglasses, hats, jewelry, and local crafts. Perfect for impulse buys in a festive atmosphere.

💆 Services

Sports massage, physiotherapy, face painting, photography, and wellness services. Help attendees feel their best.

🎨 Local Artisans

Handmade goods, artwork, custom apparel, and unique Sarasota-made products. Show off local creativity.

What's Included

Full-Day Setup

Arrive from 7:30 AM for setup. Event runs 9 AM - 5 PM. Teardown by 6 PM.

Prime Beach Spot

Assigned spot in the vendor area adjacent to the tournament fields and spectator zones.

Transportation Help

ATVs available to help transport your gear from the parking area to the beach setup location.

Power Access

Limited power hookups available on request. Generator use permitted for food vendors.

Signage Included

Your business name on event signage and vendor directory for easy visibility.

Vendor Coordinator

Dedicated point of contact for questions, setup assistance, and day-of support.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size is the vendor space?
Standard vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. Larger spaces may be available upon request — just note your needs in the application.
Do I need any permits?
Food vendors must have a valid Florida food service license or temporary event permit. We can provide guidance on obtaining the necessary permits for Sarasota County.
Is there parking for vendors?
Yes! Vendors receive reserved parking in a designated lot. ATVs will help transport your gear to the beach setup area.
What if it rains?
The event runs rain or shine. We'll provide weather updates leading up to the event. In case of severe weather cancellation, vendors will receive a full refund.
Can I bring my own tent/canopy?
Absolutely! We recommend a 10x10 pop-up canopy. You're responsible for your own setup, but we have volunteers to assist if needed. All structures must be weighted down properly for beach conditions.
How do I get my fee refunded if I can't make it?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund, but we'll try to find a replacement vendor and refund if successful.
